Terms and conditions

• By submitting this Expression of Interest (EOI) form, the player and/or parent/guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following:
  
  1. NON-BINDING SUBMISSION
  
  This EOI form is not a formal registration or contract with Gisborne Soccer Club.
  
  Submission does not guarantee selection or a position in any team for the 2026 Mens Program.
  
  
  2. ELIGIBILITY
  
  All players must meet the age and eligibility criteria as outlined by Football Victoria.
  
  All information submitted must be accurate and truthful, including playing history, age, and contact details.
  
  
  3. SELECTION PROCESS
  
  Where required, Trial dates will be determined by Gisborne Soccer Club. More information regarding trial dates, times, and requirements will be provided closer to the trial period.
  
  Gisborne Soccer Club reserves the right to modify or cancel trial dates.
  
  All selection decisions are final and made solely by the coaching staff.
  
  
  4. COMMUNICATION
  
  By submitting this form, you consent to be contacted by the club via phone, email, app, or SMS regarding allocations/trials, events, and other club-related updates for the 2026 season.
  
  
  5. PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT (for players under 18)
  
  EOI forms for players under the age of 18 (as of 01/01/2026) must be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian, with the parent/guardian being the Primary Contact.
  
  The parent/guardian confirms their agreement to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the player.
  
  
  6. PRIVACY AND DATA USE
  
  Information collected through this form will be used strictly for the purposes of trial organisation, player assessment, and potential team selection.
  
  Gisborne Soccer Club will not share personal information with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
  
  
  7. CODE OF CONDUCT
  
  All players, parents, and guardians agree to uphold respectful behaviour and comply with the club’s Code of Conduct.
  
  Breaches may result in removal from the trial process or disqualification from future consideration.
  
  
  8. COSTS AND FEES
  
  There is no cost to submit this Expression of Interest form.
  
  If selected for a squad, the player or their parent/guardian acknowledge that fees will apply to participate in the 2026 season.
  
  
  9. WITHDRAWRAL
  
  If you wish to withdraw your Expression of Interest, please inform the club as soon as possible via email as listed above.
